FAQ's

Can I bring a guest?

We encourage you to bring your spouse or domestic partner on this trip. Should your spouse or domestic partner be unable to attend, you are welcome to bring an adult guest in their place. Keep in mind, this is an adult-only trip. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is not in good standing with LuLaRoe.

How are rooms assigned

Room Assignments

Room assignments for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M. Trip will be determined based on your Points or Retail Sales, averaged over your qualifying months.

Here’s how it works: If you qualify over the first six-month period, your Points or Retail Sales will be averaged across those first six months.

-If you qualify during the first nine-month period, your Points or Retail Sales will be averaged across those first nine months.

-If you qualify during the whole twelve-month period, your Points or Retail Sales will be averaged across those twelve months.

Once the final list of qualified Retailers is confirmed, participants will be ranked by their average Points or Retail Sales during their qualifying months. Those who earned the D.R.E.A.M. Trip by Points will be ranked higher than those who qualified primarily through Retail Sales. 

Room assignments will follow this ranking process

Room Assignment Process:

First Six Months Qualifications

Retailers who qualify in the first six months, by June, will have access to the highest-ranking rooms first, based on their average Points or Retail Sales.

Subsequent Months

After the first six months, by June-qualified rooms are assigned, rooms will be distributed to those qualifying in July, August, and so on through December 2024, following the same ranking method.

Room Rankings:

-Suites and rooms will range from most luxurious to standard options.

-Assignments will be made according to rankings as outlined above, with priority given to those who qualified by Points.

What's NOT included?

Transportation, spa, laundry service, telephone calls, business center (printing services/photocopies) , extra group events, premium wine brands (non-house wines), romantic beach front dinners, logo shop purchases, souvenir/gift shop purchases, on property medical assistance, and any other service, product, charge or consumption not mentioned as part of the rate inclusions.

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation will not be provided. You will be responsible for getting to and from the Resort.

When is the registration deadline?

The deadline to register is December 30, 2024 at 11:59PM PT to be placed in the room you qualified for. We will accept late registrations after the deadline, you will be placed in the remaining rooms, not the room you qualified for.

Can I change my registered guest?

Yes, your guest’s name may be changed for no fee by placing a case through HOME with the Rewards & Recognition T.E.A.M. by February 28, 2025.

What is the Cancellation Policy for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.’25?

Cancellation Policy: Registrants for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.’25 may cancel their registration and tickets by creating a case directed to the Events T.E.A.M.. Any and all canceled registrations will forfeit their LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.’25 Trip.

If I qualified for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.’25 trip, but can’t go, do I receive any other compensation?

We do not offer any other form of compensation if you are unable to attend the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.’25 trip.

What is the Ticker Holder Participation Policy?

Ticket Holder Participation Policy: Only qualified Retailers may register for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.’25 trip. Each registered Retailer is invited to bring a spouse, domestic partner or guest over age 18, however, all registrants and ticket holders, including the qualified Retailers and their spouses, domestic partners, or guests, must be in good standing with LuLaRoe at all times, including at the time of the event. LuLaRoe reserves the right to deny admittance to or participation in the event to any person at any time. Please note, this includes the day of the event, even if that person is a ticket holder.

Can I transfer my LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.'25 Trip spot to somebody else? 

Ticket Transfer Policy: Tickets for the LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M.’25 trip are personal and issued only to the registered ticket holder. Therefore, tickets may not be transferred to any other person, including spouses or domestic partners.

I can’t stay the entire trip (need to leave early or come late), what do I need to do? 

We are happy you can join us for at least part of this trip! Please, place a case through HOME with Rewards & Recognition and let us know what days you will be joining us. We will not be able to move the nights you stay outside of our scheduled trip dates, but we are happy to shorten your stay if necessary.

Can I check in at the resort early on March 2nd?

You can contact the hotel and inquire about early check in directly. If your room is not yet ready, you are welcome to check your bags and enjoy the resort until your room is ready. 

Can I check out late on March 5th? 

You can contact the hotel and inquire about late check out.

Can I stay at the resort before March 2nd or past March 5th?

Absolutely! You can book directly with the resort if you would like to extend your room.

We cannot guarantee that you will be in the same room for any room extension pre or post LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M'25 Trip.

Am I able to select my bed type?

Rooms will be assigned based on retailer’s qualifications for this trip. The bed types, 1 King or 2 Double Beds, are assigned at check in, we are not able to make those assignments or guarantees. You can ask at check in if there is your preferred bed type available.

What is the closest airport to the port?

Cancun International Airport

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, what is available for me? 

If you have any food allergies, please tell your server and work directly with each restaurant you dine at.

When will booking information be sent?

Booking info will be sent to Retailers in February

What currency is being used at the hotel? 

You can use US Dollars or Mexico Pesos at the hotel and all major credit cards are accepted as well. If you choose to leave the hotel, you will need to contact those vendors for their preferred currency. Any excursions booked through the hotel can use US Dollars, Mexico Pesos, or any major credit card. We do recommend you advising your bank and/or credit card of your travel plans.

How much money should I bring?

We encourage you to bring as much as you would like to spend on anything extra that is not covered by LuLaRoe. Make sure you let your bank and/or credit card companies know you are going international and your anticipated itinerary. Tips are not included, we encourage you to tip for great service always.

How can I keep in touch with those back at home? 

Wifi will be provided for all attendees and is included in your hotel stay. We encourage you to check with your cellular provider for international plans and fees.

Will there be a dress code?

As a LuLaRoe Retailer, we encourage you to always strive to be dressed in your LuLaRoe best! We will announce theme nights closer to the trip dates and encourage you to participate.

Is there a Facebook Group? 

We do not have an official LuLaRoe D.R.E.A.M. Facebook group. We encourage you to find all your information here on Fashion Fun. We will be updating this page often, but if you can’t find an answer to your questions, please place a case in HOME directed to the R&R TEAM and we will get back to you.
