Who can I bring as my guest?
If you are a LuLaRoe Retailer in good standing with LuLaRoe, you may register anyone over the age of 18 as your guest. Please be sure to have your guest register using their own email address that is separate from your Retailer email address in BUILD.
Can I cancel my registration for a refund?
At this time, we are not offering refunds. Your original registration still gives you access to all virtual programming and bonus perks. We will be providing a back office credit with a bonus credit for the difference of in person vs virtual ticket cost. Those attending in person will not be receiving a credit.
Will there be any swag?
We won’t have traditional swag bags this year, but we’re working on a special product gift as a thank-you. Stay tuned!
Is there a schedule available yet?
Not yet! We’re finalizing the virtual schedule and will share full details closer to the event.
Are recognitions still happening? Will awards be shipped?
Yes! Recognitions are still part of the program, and awards will be shipped to honorees.
Will virtual attendees still receive the 1,000 bonus points?
Absolutely. If you attend virtually, you’ll still receive the 1,000 Points bonus.
If I come in person, will I be able to visit the warehouse or do Round Robin shopping?
We’re still finalizing in-person options, and warehouse shopping is not guaranteed at this time. We'll share any updates if that changes. We’re working on a virtual round robin type event for all attendees.
I’m attending virtually. Will I miss out?
Not at all! Our virtual experience is being designed to be rich, engaging, and packed with value—no matter where you are.
What is my refund for my in person ticket?
- retailer reg vision ticket $150 difference plus 50 bonus = $200 BO credit
- guest ticket BO refund $200- bundle ticket retailer 50$ refund plus $50 bonus $100 BO credit
- bundle ticket guest
- half bundle plus bonus would be $200 BO credit
Whats included with my Ticket?
Virtual Access to VISION’25 as well as replay capability
I requested a Back Office Credit for my in person tickets, when will I get that refund?

Can I rewatch VISION'25 later?
Yes, replay will be available only to those who registered for the event
Are the videos of trainings going to be available on Fashion Fun?
No, replay will not be available on Fashion Fun, replay will only be available to those who registered for the event
How do I register to come in person?
In person is limited to those who registered before the transition to the virtual event and is very limited. In-person registration is no longer available.
What’s included with the in person?
In person is an intimate small setting and will include watch party of the event and some other special surprises
