Attendees Policy: We invite Retailers who are in good standing with LuLaRoe, and are in compliance with the rules and guidelines to join us, along with a spouse, domestic partner, or adult guest. We maintain the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, whether Retailer, spouse, domestic partner, or guest.
Cancellation Policy: Registrants for the LuLaRoe VISION'25 program to be held in Huntington Beach, CA, may cancel their registration and tickets by creating a case to Events in HOME no later than June 23, 2025, 11:59pm PST. Tickets cancelled will receive a refund back to the original form of payment used. No cancellations will be accepted after June 23, 2025, and no refunds will be issued.
Ticket Transfer Policy: Tickets for LuLaRoe VISION'25 are personal and issued only to the registered ticket holder. Therefore, tickets may not be transferred to any other person, including spouses or domestic partners.
Ticket Holder Participation Policy: Only qualified Retailers may register for LuLaRoe VISION'25. Each registered Retailer is invited to bring a spouse, domestic partner or guest over age 18, however, all registrants and ticket holders, including the qualified Retailers and their spouses, domestic partners, or guests, must be in good standing with LuLaRoe at all times, including at the time of the event. LuLaRoe reserves the right to deny admittance to or participation in the event to any person at any time. Please note, this includes the day of the event, even if that person is a ticket holder.
Film and Photo Use Authorization and Release: The undersigned hereby grants and authorizes LuLaRoe, LLC, and its affiliates, the right to take, record, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures, images, likenesses, videos, films and/or recordings (however made and including, without limitation, the sound of my voice as recorded on audio, video or film), taken of me to be used in and or for business purposes, including, without limitation, promotional materials, newsletters, posters, brochures, advertisements, letters, reports, press kits, films, videos, journalist submissions, websites, social networking sites, and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization is worldwide and extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely.
In conjunction with the foregoing authorization, I hereby grant to Company an irrevocable and royalty-free license to use my name and such pictures, images, likenesses, videos, films, and all other recordings (however made and including, without limitation, the sound of my voice as recorded on audio, video or film), for business purposes in its online, print, and digital advertising and promotional materials.
I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of the Company and will not be provided to me.
I hereby hold harmless, discharge, and release the Company, and its affiliates, from all liability, actions, causes of action, costs, contracts, damages and claims, which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other person may make or assert while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate. I further release and waive all claims for remuneration for such use and waive any right to inspect or approve such materials prior to their use or publication.
This instrument constitutes the entire agreement between the parties respecting the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings of the parties. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making the waiver. This instrument is deemed to have been entered into, in Riverside County, California. This instrument shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the state of California.
